10 Days Cairo and Egypt Luxury Nile Cruise Tour package

After breakfast, we'll head to the Luxor West Bank for a tour. We'll explore the ancient rock-cut tombs of New Kingdom kings, including the oldest ones known, as well as the renowned Valley of the Kings.

We'll also visit the Temple of Hatshepsut and its mortuary temple, along with the gigantic statues of Memnon at the Colossi of Memnon Museum, which will provide you with an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

As we sail to Edfu by crossing the Esna lock, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch and afternoon tea on board. For dinner, a delectable meal will be served.

You'll spend the night on board in Edfu, and there will be three meals provided throughout the day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

After having breakfast onboard, you can go to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is considered as one of the most spectacular temples in Egypt and has been standing since the Ptolemaic era.

After having lunch back on the ship, we will proceed to Kom Ombo where we will explore the combined temple dedicated to the deities Sobek and Harueris.

Upon our return to the cruise, we will set sail towards Aswan to enjoy dinner. The cuisine offered on the Steigenberger MS Minerva Nile cruise is something that should not be overlooked.

After enjoying breakfast on board, we'll embark on our Aswan day tours, starting with a visit to the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the grand Philae Temple, which was the main site for the worship of the Goddess Isis in ancient Egypt.

We'll have lunch and dinner served on the ship, and spend the night on board in Aswan. The day's meals will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

 You will be transferred back to Cairo again on this day . Once you finish breakfast, you can leave the Steigenberger MS Minerva Nile Cruise and enjoy some leisure time in Aswan.

After you have been transferred to Aswan Airport, we will arrange your local flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, a representative from our company will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Cairo.

Our first destination for the day will be The Egyptian Museum, which houses the world's largest and most valuable collection of Egyptian artifacts, including the Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh Tutankhamen. Another must-see location is the Citadel of Saladin, which features the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque and offers panoramic views of Islamic Cairo's centuries-old mosques, minarets, and domes.

We recommend the Cairo Day Tours that will take you to the Coptic area of Cairo, where you'll visit the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon, the Hanging Church suspended over its old towers, and the Church of St. Sergius, also known as the Cavern church or the holy family church. It's an incredible opportunity to see some of Cairo's most significant and iconic landmarks.

During your Coptic Cairo tour, you'll also visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue, believed to be where the Pharaoh's daughter found Moses in a basket in the Nile. This ancient synagogue is one of the oldest in the city and a remarkable example of its fascinating history.

There will be an optional tour of the Sound and Light show in Giza. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the day.

Alexandria is the second-largest and most renowned city in Egypt, with a rich history full of Roman ruins, the famous Library of Alexandria, and the lighthouse. During your visit, you'll explore some of Rome's most iconic landmarks, like Pompey's Pillar, which is made of a unique pink granite found only in this city. 

You'll visit Fort Qaitbay, a crucial stronghold constructed in the 15th century that played a significant role in safeguarding Egypt and the Mediterranean Sea shoreline. The catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, which consist of three levels of tombs and chambers carved out of the underground rock,

You'll also explore the Bibliotheca of Alexandria, a renowned ancient library and educational hub, as well as two significant historical landmarks . As you drive down Cornish Avenue, you'll see the city below you and cross over the stunning Stanly Bridge, a modern landmark in Alexandria.

Afterward, we'll drive back to Cairo, where we'll spend the night in a hotel. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the day.

After enjoying your breakfast, you'll be escorted to Cairo International Airport for your departure, ending your fascinating and extended 10-day adventure in Egypt. Breakfast will be the only meal provided on this day.

When you arrive at the airport, a Cairo Top Tours tour leader will be waiting to welcome and assist you. You'll then be transported to your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle. Upon arrival at the hotel, you'll be served a welcome drink while our representative helps you with a smooth check-in process. You'll have the opportunity to go through your itinerary in detail and agree on pick-up and drop-off times.

On the second day of your trip, you'll be accompanied by a certified Egyptologist who will guide you to see the Great Pyramid of Cheops, as well as the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. You'll enjoy a panoramic view of the Giza Pyramids and have the opportunity to take a 15-minute camel ride. This adventure will take place after breakfast at your hotel.

After lunch, your guide will take you to Saqqara to visit the Step Pyramid Complex, which is famous for being the first building in the world made entirely of stone. You'll have the opportunity to visit the Pyramid of Teti and the tombs of the nobles.

Next, you'll be transferred to Memphis, the oldest capital of the pharaohs, located approximately thirty minutes south of Giza. Here, you'll find the ruins of the ancient capital of Egypt, and the village is known for housing the alabaster sphinx and the colossal statue of Ramses II.

You'll be transported back to your hotel in Cairo for the night. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the day. A sound and light show tour in Giza is available upon request.
